Cannot resize image in Safari

Describe the bug When double-clicking on an image in Rich Text documents, the dialog window appears but does not fill in, and changes are not applied.

Where did it happen? on CryptPad.fr

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'some rich text doc'
  2. Double-click on 'an image'
  3. Fill in a width
  4. See error

Expected behavior Height etc should adjust while entering a new width (as it does on Firefox). The change should be applied when dismissing the dialog box.

Browser (please complete the following information):

  • OS: macOS 11 (Big Sur)
  • Browser: Safari 14.0.1

Still an issue to this day.

  • macOS v12.5 (Monterey)
  • Safari v15.6

For your information, this is also valid for Safari iOS.

Fixed by upgrading CKeditor to 4.22.1 https://github.com/cryptpad/cryptpad/issues/1119 in CryptPad 5.4.0.
