Would you mind to provide some basic simple examples?

I've been reluctant to document the library or create examples in the current form because I wanted to make some pretty substantial API changes first.

There's now a new V2 format for Macaroons:

I wanted to get the library into a form where the V2 Macaroons format could be added but both the V1 and V2 formats could be supported.

Additionally I just did a pretty substantial cleanup to the error handling.
