Reconstruction of local balance not always possible with flow data

With the Lifetime Forward and Rebalancing Volumes it is not always possible to reconstruct the current balance. This means that if I add incoming rebalancing payments and forwards minus outgoing rebalancing payments and outgoing forwards and add this to the balance at the opening time, I am sometimes very far away from the current balance.
