Add mounting capability to empty directory

Motivation

Windows 11 Cryptomator-cli 0.6.1

Hello!

Please add the ability to view the vault in an empty directory.

Currently this causes an error:

In fact, I don't see a problem specifically in this behavior. The problem is that Cryptomator GUI, on the contrary, REQUIRES that the empty directory where the mounting will be performed exists.

That is, the CLI and GUI have different behavior that conflicts with each other.
