Files or directories containing non-ASCII characters like German umlauts are not sorted correctly

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create some directories: "Altersvorsorge", "Ärzte", "Banken", "Wohnen"
2. Look at the list of directories and sort "A-Z"

Expected Behavior

The ordering should be:

• Altersvorsorge
• Ärzte
• Banken
• Wohnen

Actual Behavior

The actual order is:

• Altersvorsorge
• Banken
• Wohnen
• Ärzte
