The '+' button to add a OneDrive account did not respond.

Steps to Reproduce
Hi, I recently purchased and downloaded Cryptomator from the Play Store. Upon opening the app for the first time, I attempted to add a new OneDrive account, but pressing the '+' button didn't trigger any action. I tried multiple times to click the button, restarted the app, force-closed it, and even cleared the app data, but nothing worked.
Interestingly, while I was writing this issue, the app suddenly displayed a list of Microsoft accounts to choose from upon launch. So the problem seemingly resolved itself.
Nevertheless, I wanted to report this anomaly in case it helps identify a potential issue with the initial setup or UI responsiveness.

Seems the devs have been afk for a while. Multiple people completely unable to use the app. Curious if you found a way to resolve the issue on your own yet?
@Docga1835 I'm still experience this frequently since all my files are on onedrive
Do you see a pattern in this? Maybe it works always in some networks (e.g. mobile) and in other networks (e.g. wifi) it is blocked?
I'm asking because it looks like the connection to OneDrive is blocked, maybe there is in some networks an DNS blocker or something like this in place in your system?
