Preserve Last modified date on upload

This is a first draft proposal for solving #239

Can you please confirm that this is the right direction ? any recommendation for making this an acceptable Pull Request ? Any suggestion on the approach regarding the different Cloud ? would it be ok to support only some Cloud providers ?

Tested with Dropbox. Implemented but not tested for localStorage and GDrive. Not implemented for OneDrive and Webdav

Yep, pCloud support shouldn't be hard since they support modifiedDate for file creation.

hi is there any more help on this issue? I am following as I am not tech savvy but hope to be able to preserve the modified date on cryptomat imports thanks so much
