I can't query TransactionId on your browser(kylin.eosx.io) . WHY!

Transactions and actions of many accounts are no longer displayed in the Explorer. For example, https://kylin.eosx.io/tx/221b28aac45c01a76d497c8a46f94493bcb30508a50a19bc690d8dc1726cb552?listView=traces

This is because the nodeos behind kylin.eosx.io does not provide a history plugin to query actions.
