Transaction created with value of 0 CRO

I tried to send a token to another account using the metamask. The metamask shows me the 'confirm' button, but the transactions are always failed with this log- "transaction created with value of 0 CRO" I tried with another wallet applications and another RPC nodes. My nonce is 5 but on the blockchain, there are more than 10 pending transactions which are not mined to the block. How many days do I have to wait until the transactions are dropped/mined? Are there any specific numbers for the maximum pending time?
