4758basecro is smaller than 10000basecro - insufficient funds
Good morning. Noob here. I'm currently staking CRO in my chain desktop wallet v0.6.3. When I attempt to withdraw my reward so that I can delegate my funds back to stake the rewards back in to the validator, I get the error message, 4758basecro is smaller than 10000basecro - insufficient funds.
These are the steps that I performed to get that error message:
- Within the staking window, under action, I click on withdraw reward.
- I enter my app password.
- I click on decrypt password.
- I get the message "Wallet decrypted successfully".
- The confirm transaction pop up window reveals my sender address and the validator address and it reveals my rewards amount in CRO and USD. I click on "Confirm".
- The error message pop up window reads "The reward withdrawal transaction failed. Please try again later. - 4758basecro is smaller than 10000basecro - insufficient funds"
I have attached the error message window to this post.
Please let me know what I can do to rectify this issue.
Thanks in advance!
Hey @niconyc , Thanks for bringing up the issue. Can we ask for two details:
- If you have enough usable main balance for paying gas fees or
- If you have changed default
gas
configuration fromSettings
page
Thanks.

Hello Hitesh. Thanks for replying back to me. I'm not showing the rest of the balance but I have at least 1,000 CRO in my wallet. I never changed the node configuration settings. The network fee is 10000 and the gas limit is 3000000.
@niconyc
Looks like your gas limit has one extra ZERO.
IT should have been instead 300000
.
Can you retry setting your gaslimit
to above number.
