Problem: not possible to relay your own IBC transactions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Right now, one relies on external parties to relay IBC transactions which could lead to delay or reliability issues. It'd be good if one could just relay the transactions on their own

Describe alternatives you've considered IBC incentives for external relayers, but they are not ready yet.

I believe it is a good idea, with the below Prerequisites ready on Desktop Wallet

Prerequisite

  1. IBC Transfer
  2. Support of Cosmos-based IBC token

We may look into the support on these items in Q2, 2022
