[Feature request] Option to retain 0.1 CRO

Feature request.

It would be good to have an option that would allow users to automatically retain 0.1 CRO (or a user customisable amount).

This would prevent the issue of users delegating all their CRO by mistake, which then prevents them from withdrawing CRO, as this has a cost of 0.0002 CRO.

This is one of the main 'issues' with app, resulting in lots of posts in Reddit, one example is https://www.reddit.com/r/Crypto_com/comments/mjabt5/problem_accidentally_staked_all_cro_but_need_at/

I ran into this as well. A more explanatory error message would prevent a lot of frustration to novice users.

Quick-to-act option: Add a reminder in confirmation modal if a user is going to spend > Available balance - 0.1 CRO.

More advanced yet troublesome option: Add a toggle settings. If toggled, for transactions with transfer amount > Available balance - 0.1 CRO will automatically reduce transfer amount by 0.1 CRO.
