Problem: missing support of node 16

because node version 16 is now lts, would be good to support node 16 in yarn electron:dev

also python2 is necessary, would be good to display python2 is necessary because in mac monterey, python2 is deprecated

Node 14 will be under support until Apr, 2023. Therefore while a upgrade to support Node 16 is necessary in the future, it's not urgent at the moment.
