Could You make a instruction that how to make it work? Sorry, i am noob.

Sorry for the delay.

It's explained in the README.

You have to :

  • add UserParameters (wireguard.conf for example),
  • create a discovery script (zabbix_agentd.d/wireguard by default),
  • permit execution for user zabbix via sudo.
  • import the template in Zabbix.
  • add template to hosts owning the WireGuard app.

All files are given in the git repo.
