Small README corrections

Hi

On fresh system, sudo apt install git The build instructions, at least for the GUI, need to install unzip. All the "make install" need renaming to sudo make install I don't think the Oracle download works, it did not work for me, but is it really necessary to do it for the GUI, when apt does it for the cli?

Thanks for your feedback. Oracle DB was working for me. Which error have you got?
