[Request] Run k8s tests in CI

The container-compose manual testing scripts can be converted to k8s YAML definitions with perhaps some relatively minor manual adjustments. These can then be applied to a kind cluster to create an equivalent scenario. We can then write e2e tests that target the Cryostat instance and components within this cluster to ensure that everything is working as expected, and run these e2e tests either on every pull request or on a schedule (ex. daily).
