Autodesk-Fusion-360-for-Linux Fusion360 wont launch

Describe the bug Fusion 360 wont launch, tried leaving it for one hour, it still says on the small window that should be the loading

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Run .fusion360/wineprefixes/default/box-run.sh

Expected behavior Fusion to launch at some point

Desktop (please complete the following information):

Version number of Autodesk Fusion 360: latest one downloaded by the script
RX5700XT, mesa 22.3.3
Fedora 37
GNOME 43.2 wayland
DXVK

Additional context Tried using also the bottles installer, manually installing as per the wiki, same result for every one; bottles failed to install stating "Cant install dependencies", installed them manually using the dependencies on the manifest, same result after installing them manually. I can provide the logs as per the wiki, let me know if i can upload them here or you have another preferred platform. Thanks

Quick update, just tried again with the script and its now working, @andreasseiler might me worth deleting everything, and resterting, when it asks to select a folder i manually selected the wineprefix inside .fusion360

Still endless loading for me :( Now I get a different message ->

when is it stuck in endless loading, when you press launch autodesk, or before when its configuring autodesk?

I dont really know how to help you but when i installed it, before it tries to connect to the server, during some sort of installation, it opened the program, then i gave it a half an hour to finish, then it was working

Yeah thanks for you help anyway! I reinstalled it now again and just clicked on the Icon from the launcher, it connects to some server checking for updates, no updates are found, then the splash screen opens and is stuck now for 15 min. But I guess I wait for some more ;)

Maybe one clue, right at the start I get the message ->

Ok, I give up ... I will install a VM and use the tool there.

Same issue here, no matter if I try to start via the terminal or the app menu, yad starts a searching for updates process, finds nothing new and thats it. Nothing else happens anymore.

I have the same issue!

My OS is Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS. I have Wine (8.0.2), winetricks and yad installed. Followed the instructions on the GitHub documentation and installed Fusion 360 using the script.

After installation I run box-run.sh and even launcher.sh directly, and get the following:

Then a message box appears showing "Connecting to server..." with a loading bar that seems to have no purpose. Once I click the OK button (either before or after the bar loads), then I get another message box saying "No newer version was found, so your Autodesk fusion 360 is up to date!" and then if I click OK again, nothing! The message box disappears and nothing else happens.

How exactly are we supposed to launch the Fusion 360 application?? Has anyone figured out a solution yet?
