CZECH_LOCALE_EXTENSION issue

Describe the bug After success installation of localisation extension "Ceska_lokalizace_pro_Autodesk_Fusion_360_v7.exe" and starting of fusion I get error message window "TurboActivate":

After accepting of a message, fusion started, but in english language. Only one window with czech howtos were added:

It is a bit unrelated to this issue, but me among other fellow Gentoo users end up with a white splash screen and cannot get any further (issue #127), but it seems like you do not have that issue at all. Do you think there is anything special you managed to do that we did not?

I use own compiled wine in docker container, because i still had some issue with system wine and then manage wine in old tool playonlinux. Via it I can have more installation/version of wine and fusion360.
