This bug has been exist for a long time - all the times that i use fusion 360under wine. Workaround solution - drag tool window to border of main window - tool window stick to border. In this time you will see double arrow button in the head of tool window- click it two times - tool window will be resized I use KDE too.

Is there this bug under other desktops?

This doesn't seem to work for me, I see the double arrow button however clicking it twice accomplishes nothing except the tool window disappear and reappearing. I can't scroll in these content windows either so can't use whatever options are at the bottom
