does the extension compiles against postgres10 & upper?

hi @darkphase i haven't tried to build against pg10. if it doesn't build it wouldn't be too hard to port forward---it isn't very complicated.

it gives alots of type errors not much of an issue but makefile calls gcc by default not g++ in my system
