PT Run doesn't officially support community plugins. PowerToy Command Palette does and has an everything plugin :) For PT Run, the plugin and PowerToys must be kept in sync typically....

if steam is maximized, PT Run should still pop up. only way i couldn't is if i had like Civ 7 open and in PT Run had the Ignore shortcuts...

Didn't know SSD waking up was a problem. I'd honestly have this as part of Awake.
