How to customize UI?

How can I:

1. Remove "Tags" column
2. Format bookmarks line. I want to have something like |Name ............... File | (without date + file is attached to the right side
3. How to rename bookmark?
4. Is it possible to quickly create anonymous bookmark? So, no input popup appear.
