Currently we don't have an official API for this, so feel free to hack it in for yourself, but just know that right now that's unsupported.

The question isn't very clear on what you mean by "HD Map", but if you're interested in displaying your robot's location on a street map, Foxglove Studio supports displaying sensor_msgs/NavSatFix messages in the Map panel! See the original implementation at: https://github.com/foxglove/studio/pull/527
