Support inline footnotes in cite_r

Currently, cite_r() returns a two-element list when footnote = TRUE, which requires users to place the citation to R and the footnote in a new paragraph manually. It would be more convenient to return only one string with an inline footnote. To preseve backward compatibility we may have to assign a class to the output and create a corresponding method for the hook.
