Consider adopting pandoc scholarly metadata

Scholarly metadata includes a definitions for metadata of scholarly articles with pandoc. While there is great overlap with the format used in papaja there are some differences. Aligning with scholarly metadata facilitates the development of a joint set of tools to process the metadata. Moreover, it may make papaja more compatible with Manubot.
