Enhance visualisation of ticket states in Web

The ticket views can be enhanced for different kinds of tickets.
Examples:
- Locked meta ticket: children should be grey or folded or something
- failed tickets: should be much easier to find, either implement a separate filter view or display them on top of the list
- needs attention flag and comments of a meta ticket should be inherited by children (visually, not in DB)
- tickets that are assigned to a worker for more than 2 hours should be marked to get attention by the operator
- maybe shorter period, if ping command can be evaluated for this
- encoding tickets that are locked due to non-obviously reasons should be grey or similar (see #58)

Also add icon for servicable states in place where the action button would be (in queue, in service by worker x…).
