Introduce project property sets

To minimize issues with duplicated projects and simplify project creation, default sets of project properties could be introduced. A set would hold multiple properties, some of which might be marked as required. Multiple sets of properties could be added to a project on creation or while editing project properties. Required properties would be presented for input after adding a set and may include a description how they are constructed.
