Rockbox doesn't load on 5.5

I've got the latest release of loader and rockbox installed, but rockbox refuses to load. The green bar will complete, but then do nothing. .rockbox is stored in the root of the data partition, same with loader.cfg. Note I don't have AppleOS installed. Thanks

Given that you don't have AppleOS installed, how is the iPod formatted?
