Add support for envoy?

Do you have any plan for the envoy-log parser?

If you can provide samples then we can work on supporting it. If its the same as https://www.envoyproxy.io/docs/envoy/latest/configuration/observability/access_log/usage#default-format-string then we can use that

EDIT: but envoy doesnt really log to remote IP of the user it more of logs between envoy proxies? unless im missing something
