hub create parser, scenario and collection for OpenVPN IPv4 Logs

Hello Community, i created a collection for OpenVPN Logs. As a lack of IPv6 Logs there is only a parser for IPv4. In the future i will add one for IPv6 logs as well. Feel free to adjust the Parser for improvements.

Hi @AlteredCoder, thank you for your suggestions for improvement. I have updated the files as requested and I must admit that these small changes I also like better this way ^^ However, I still have problems understanding what to share in the tests. Should I include the asserts or should I just upload the log files?
