Improvement/Display "duration" on LAPI request in second only

Hi,

Atm when you get the banlist on LAPI for the duration field you have something like 8h20min30.0002s It could be usefull to only get duration time in second, or maybe add a specific param for that.

The main goal for that is to make it easier to sort the banlist by time without the need to parse the output and then use the same unit for every ban entry.
