.xcstrings files support

Currently the SDK only supports over-the-air .strings and .stringsdict files. If a distribution contains an .xcstrings file format, it will not be processed correctly by the SDK and translations will not be rendered.

Support for .xcstrings files should be added in addition to the currently supported formats.
