cfct_choose_general_template only respects CFCT_PATH

cfct_choose_general_template only looks at files defined by CFCT_PATH. This needs take into account a parent+child theme setup where the child theme has additional general templates.

In the current setup, a child theme can only overwrite existing templates that exist in the parent theme, it cannot add new ones which cfct_choose_general_template will respect.
