close popup when scroll

when i scroll popup img auto close ##why ? add option for false this happen or methods... tnx

I actually like this scroll having it disappear on desktop. However, on mobile it's much too easy to accidentally scroll causing it to disappear; also you can't pinch-zoom without it disappearing.
