[Feature Request] Snaz-like functionality

Snaz appears to be ceasing development according to todays update/changelog. It would be great if Firebot had Snaz-like chrono triggers (count up, count down, count up to time, count down from time)
These would need to be written out to a text file for import into OBS. Having one single tool to is a streamers best friend.

I use snaz as well and would like to see this feature and some others i use snaz for such as system time and the spotify current song/artist, which is what snaz removed from this last update. i also use the system resources within snaz but not as concerned about this feature but nice to have.

Trying to decide if this should piggyback off of the "timers" system or if this would be it's own stand alone thing. If we piggyback off of the timers, then we'll need more options for how and when to fire timers.
