[Feature Request] Full Fledged Plugin System

Upgrade our script system into a more fully fledged plugin system that would allow more than just custom effect actions.

It'd also be awesome to have a curated plugins store so that community members could submit for us to vet and put into the application.

• [ ] Pull list of available plugin for a place we can access on the fly. (our script repo)
• [ ] Show manifest inside the GUI. Including links to creators pages etc...
• [ ] On "install" download the plugin and put it into the plugin folder.
