Custom variable (and metadata) .. INVESTIGATOR to compliment inspector

Description

It can be very daunting trying to track down everywhere custom variables and metadata are used, would be great to be able to see all places they're read/written. Bonus points to include a find AND REPLACE function .. I've created some effects to get array of users with metadata, then copy old metadata KVP to new metadata key, verify cloning, remove old KVP, verify old array wiped and new array is set .. which is sort of a chore, but doable .. gets even more fun trying to track down every effect/event/command/conditional that use it and pray nothing missed
