Custom subcommands for system commands

Description

I have a currency for my stream that mimics channel points and I'd like to add to the System Commands for the currency. So my currency is stars and you can use !stars to check your balance. but I'd love to use !stars help to see info about stars and the other commands available for stars. As it is, I've set up a separate command, !starshelp, to do this.
