Ability to include Channel Rewards in a Firebot Setup file

Description

Currently the only Firebot component that can't be included in a Firebot setup file is a Channel Reward. Although there's the extra API action required to actually add a reward to the importer's channel, the import process could just add the reward locally (as with other components) and then the process of creating it on Twitch could happen after the import is done (same as when a user creates a new reward themselves). An additional check for enough available slots within the 50 reward limit would be needed prior to importing and it would probably also be good to have a reminder both when exporting and importing these that the icon will still need adding manually on Twitch.
