Vars menu bug in play video effect

Description

Play video effect vars menu locks to the top of the text field for twitch username preventing the use of the search bar

Steps to Reproduce

1.add play video effect 2.press vars button inside twitch username 3.

Expected Behavior

lock vars menu to bottom of text field
