Multi-Month gifted resubs fire the event twice

Current Behavior

When a viewer shares a resub that comes from a multi-month gifted sub (3,6,12 months of T1), Firebot fires the sub event twice

Expected Behavior

Firebot should only fire the event once

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a sub event which posts a message to chat
2. Have a multi-month gifted sub
3. Wait for the resub share
4. Share the resub while Firebot is open
5. Observe the event is fired twice

Context

#1819 implemented a fix for subsequent resubs being ignored. It appears that in the great un-pubsubbing, an eventsub event was added which also captures these resubs. Proposed fix is to remove the chat-listener change made in #2269
