add volume control back to clips

Describe the solution you'd like Enter a clear and concise description of what you want to happen. when i removed the mp4 part of the video player for clips, i removed the volume control for the play clip and play random clip, can it be added back Only if the experimental is enabled? because when playing the mp4 there is no volume control that is needed and when using the embeds we cant send the volume value. it has to be changed in the overlay cookies via the interact with browser.
