v5: restore Effect Queue Length display on Effect Queues page

Describe the solution you'd like Please restore the Effect Queue Length display on the main app Effect Queues page. While I understand the feature has been moved into the Effect Queue Monitor window, I find it's easier at a glance to see in the page of the main app if I don't already have the Queue Monitor window open.

I rather we don't reintroduce the previous logic for this. It was a hacky approach to begin with (injecting values into the queue configuration object, which isn't meant to be a container of realtime application state). I suggest we spend our time iterating on the queue monitor to make it be the go-to place for realtime queue information.
