Unable to Select Custom Colors In Show Text Effect

Description

The summernote "Select" color button appears to not be functional, at least in the Show Text effect. This seemingly used to work, but hasn't for at least a bit of time. v5.62 or earlier, roughly, if I was forced to guess.

You can work around it by toggling the edit HTML button, but this is very much a hassle.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Show Text effect.
2. Click to button to expand the colors menu.
3. Click the "Select" button for either fore/background color to chose a custom color.

Expected Behavior

A small modal to appear in the top-left asking me to pick a custom color.
