Add Parameters to $randomViewer and $randomCustomRoleUsers Variables

Description

$randomActiveViewer received some much-needed love in v5.64. This love should be extended to $randomViewer, and $randomCustomRoleUser variables. Meaning: the ability to filter either a single username or an array of usernames in/out, and/or filter a single role name or an array of role names in/out (however appropriate). -bio_technic
