[Bug] FFZ Wide Emote Overlap

Current Behavior

Both modern and compact dashboard views overlap FFZ-wide emotes with surrounding emotes/text. bttv wide emotes don't seem to be impacted, and are displaying appropriately (see #2178).

The top half of the image is compact view of the message that I sent, while the bottom is a work-in-progress overlay of roughly how it should appear.

Expected Behavior

FFZ wide emotes to not overlap text and other emotes.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Enable an FFZ wide emote on your channel.
2. Use it in chat near other text or emotes.
3. Cry.
