[Bug] Failure to Account for No Features Clips

Current Behavior

If featured clip is selected and the user has no clips, it will not play anything.

Expected Behavior

I noticed it doesn’t account for when someone does not have featured clips, so maybe add else if clause if the effect has thee maximum age of a clip play that else play a random clip.

I hope that made sense. Lol

Steps To Reproduce

Try to creat an effect of playing video - featured clips - shoutout a user without featured clips
