[Bug] Channel Point Redeem rewards are extremely delayed.

Current Behavior

Channel Point Redeem rewards are extremely delayed. Channel Point rewards will be redeemed, but the sound, visual, or both, will not be displayed on stream for 20 seconds.

Expected Behavior

Channel Points Rewards should be processed immediately and show up in the browser source immediately.

Hey @halqery, would you mind checking if this issue still takes place on the v5.65.0 beta (or v5.65.0 when it comes out)? We've done a major rewrite to how channel rewards are handled which may resolve this issue.
