[Bug] Firebot Emulate control no longer working

Current Behavior

Currently the firebot emulate control is no longer working at all for anything.

Expected Behavior

I was using Firebot emulate control to hit the keyboard combination "win+number" to bring applications up as the active window. I used this for many channel point redemption triggers for streaming. This no longer works.

Steps To Reproduce

1. go to preset effects list
2. Preview my previously setup emulate control (also tried new one from scratch, doesn't work)
3. Nothing happens firebot does not emulate the command

Firebot: 5.63.2

What operating system are you using Firebot on?

Windows 10
