[Feature Request] include event manualMetadata when testing effect list in event edit

Describe the solution you'd like when an effect from an event is manually executed, include the manualMetadata so variables function as expected

Additional context Currently when testing an effect (list) inside of an event, the event's manualMetadata is not used. This means quick-test behavior is different than actual test (from the events main page) or event simulate behavior.
